Who called from 2102329000

I receive a call on my cell every few days and some times more than once in a day. I received a call this a.m. shortly after midnight.  No message ever.  I don't appreciate being awaken in the middle of the night.

I find this obnoxious.  Whoever won't answer when call back.  They come under voice mail, but no message.  I wish that I could delete them, but haven't figured out yet.

Another scam maggot called me.   I never answer or call back unknown telephone numbers.  I just blocked that number and my scam list keeps growing.

have left long messages in foreign language on cell phone. when I call back a recording asks for a "code number". can not get past the recording without giving a code that the recognize
