Same ID Novatel but the message left on my phone was for death insurance.

Tried to convince me something was wrong with my computer I said there is nothing wrong he tried to keep talking and I said good bye and hung up

I scream as loud as I can in there ear. Got to get even somehow!

I have a whistle near my phone for the same purpose.  Get calls like this all the time.  Scumbags.

I have good news and bad news.  The good news is that the whole whistle/air horn thing will damage hearing.  The bad news is that it will be your hearing that is damaged.  That whistle/air horn thing is an urban myth because telephones do not transmit at a frequency to do any damage,
