I've been several calls from this number and they NEVER leave a message. I just received another call about an hour ago and the lady said she was with AT&T, asked how much I'm paying for home phone service, and when I told her she is calling my WORK number, she started talking in a very rude voice like she was mocking me. She said "well, this was a residencial number before, so we didn't know" and was unwarrantly rude. I said to not call my number again and hung up on her. However, I doubt that the calls will stop. My caller i.d. said it was a wireless call and when I tried to call it back it never rang, just silence then hangs up.
This is a number from AT&T, telemarketing. If you continue on and will give you the option to have your number opted out and added to their DO NOT CALL LIST. I just did it, now let's see if it stops!! GOOD LUCK! (they are calling my business phone line)
Just got a call at 715 with a blocked caller ID. It's ATT trying to sell home phone service. When I asked the woman if I could speak to her supervisor, she told me SHE was her own supervisor. I then said I wanted to speak to whoever was above her - but not counting her. After being left on hold for 5 minutes, another guy got on the phone and said they use auto dialers and that ATT does not have to abide by Do Not Call Lists and that the machines just dial numbers at random. I asked him how to make them stop. He said he was putting me on ATT's "internal" do not call list and that the calls should stop within 30 days or so.
I did ask him if he is a contractor or a direct employee of ATT and he said that he is an ATT employee and that he is based in AZ.
This is a telemarketer for AT&T calling to offer reduced rates and services for AT&T, if you call them back and listen to the automated message there is an option to have your number added to the do not call list by pressing 1, however when I did this it said it could not locate my information and asked me to hold to be transferred to an automated voice mail box....GRRRR!
Caller ID says ATT
I have gotten calls from the real ATT before and their caller ID says AT&T!
This number has been calling me for about a month now. After the first few times I added them to my Blocklist on my Panasonic Phone. Now all I get is a single ring and a line that says Blocked call.
They typically call me once a day, but today they have just called for the 3rd time.
Not going to start answering now
