He's one of thousands of Indian and Pakistani hard core criminal scammer/extortionists. Ignore any communication you get from these people. Block thier calls and filter out their e-mails.
I got an email from this Jack guy this morning on my way to work. Called him right away because when it says I owe money and will be be taken into court over this I try to resolve this matter right away. When I called back I said I needed documents stating that I owe that because I needed to make sure it's not a scam. he asked for my attorneys number. I said it was between me and the company and he said he cannot send me any information and to wait for the 48 hours to be up and hung up on me.. I'm pretty sure it's a scam.. at least hoping it is..
Total scam. The Indian or Pakistani accent should be a dead giveaway. In any event, any time someone cold calls you and threatens you and then asks for some kind of immediate payment, you know it's a scam.
