you can get a Panasonic cordless phone with up to 6 hand sets - they include call block and they even say the caller's name (if you activate it).

I bought Panasonic phones from Costcto a year ago and they have a CALL BLOCK feature that I absolutely love. When you get an unwanted call, you just save that number to your 'call block' list. When they call you again, it rings once, then hangs up on them.
