Received a call from this number by someone claiming to be Tina Wallace. Said there was a case in the process of being filed in the County Court and it will become a matter of public record and once it is filed (if I don't contact them) they will dispatch law enforcement to my residence to pick up the person they are searching for. Called (210) 399-0561 back and NO ANSWER. Then called the number left in the message 855-426-6230 and someone answered with their first name only. Then when I asked him for his name he said Doug Helm. I wasn't the one he used to answer the phone initially.
This # called My mother telling her she was from the courts and were trying to serve me paperwork , when I call . it just rings like a collection agency, serve me papers.... why would you call a 3rd party and say some ridiculous things, its a scam just to help

LIES!!! IF there really was a claim, you would have an UNannounced visit from a licensed server - NO WARNING is given AND no police will show up (debt is civil - even if you do owe money).
