Who called from 2107874599

Caller left a message telling me it was the IRS and they were filing a lawsuit against us.

IRS threatening lawsuit.

This is a phishing attack. The caller says he is from the IRS Tax Department. I asked what city and state and he says Washington, DC. DC does not have a 210 area code. I asked which division within the IRS. He says "Tax Department". I ask if there is a main number, he can't answer and hangs up.

Yes, another fake IRS call. A faint voice says you have to call immediately. Just another scam

Got the same call and I hung up.
