This guy called talking in Spanish that I was late on my bill. I told him to talk in English and he hung up. The people at CPS said if it was one of their employees that they would of transferred me to someone that spoke English. My caller ID showed that it was CPS Energy calling from 821-1100. I know I wasn't late on my bill because it automatically is withdrawn from my Bank acct.
