Caller called on Sunday evening.  Caller's voice sounded like he was in a large auditorium, lots of echo in the background.  Caller: "hello, is this," Click, caller went off line but seized the line for about 30 seconds then disconnected. Tleco data indicates caller belongs either to, or is a subscriber of BANDWIDTH.COM CLEC, LLC - TX, or to Level 3 communications, LLC.  Probability is reasonable that this is a telemarketer scumbag who enjoys harassing the public on Sundays.
