This guy keeps calling my wife and I and saying that he is a contractor who spoke to us "a few weeks ago" about doing some work on our house and he is ready to start. Well we never talked to any contractor and we don't need any work done on our house. When we tell him we didn't talk to him he says every time that the other spouse who he isn't talking to at the moment agreed to the repairs and if we don't pay him he will sue us for breaking a verbal contract.
He tries back every few days and tries to threaten us into giving him money.
from what i understand these guys call just to see when you may answer. they then log and sell this data to telemarketing firms. they call me every night from this number for up to a year. not sure what to do.
