Happened to my father this morning. Told him to tell the police, just to be safe, and also to call the IRS to confirm there really isn't a problem. The fact that they go back to 2011 & 2012 and ask for the SSN is red flag.

Same thing, robo female and Josh with a heavy indian accent saying he was sending the US marshall to arrest me. I told him to please do I would be waiting for them. Please note and this is key, the IRS does not call you, they mail you letters. If you can report the number and date and time and give it to the IRS.
