I received the same phone call just a little while ago....the caller stated my name and said they were going to be out sometime tomorrow to serve me papers....Well come on and join the party! Send the papers so I can see what you are talking about! Better yet, I can't wait to get them because I know it's a scam.... I called the number back and the phone just rang!! So go figure!!!! SMH @ the STUPID people!!! I hung up on them and added them to my contacts so I can send their call right to voice mail whenever they do decide to call again!!!
The best way I found to handle these calls is to not answer the phone. If there is no name on caller ID or if I do not recognize the area code, VM gets the call
All they are is a collection agency that lies and tells you they have legal documents to send and they never send them. They scare people into settling accounts with them. Don't believe them.
I got a call from these people today. When I answered they did not talk just held the phone. After I said hello twice with no answer I hung up. Don't these people have anything better to do?
