Called my cell no message.  I don't answer numbers I don't recognize.

Called my unlisted, DO NOT CALL number, but did not leave message.

Calls twice a week. I answered once, "survey".

Morons ruining another perfectly good week with their silly spam scams.  We need a serious overhaul of spam call laws.  What we have ain't working.

Here's my proposal:  if a marketer calls me, and I'm on DNC, automatically charge the caller $25.00.  Just like one of those cheesy 900 numbers.   Yeah, for $25 a call, I'll let these morons call me.  Heck, I'll even go for $10
