Received call, no message

I hate this phone number.... they call and hang up.  I'm on the national do not call list.  Can I report this number

Received call at 4/27/09 1:21pm at our toll free number but no message left.

Received call on 4/29/2009 at 1:27pm CST. No one was on the line, no background sound.....just silence.

Bet you a buck this is fraud... They are dialing 800, 877, and 888 numbers... and receiving back payments for driving calls to the telcos supplying those toll free.
