I am also a call centre and have been receiving dead air calls from this number on a regular basis.

Block the number. My company uses an 800 number where we can just click to block the number. May be call the phone company and ask them to block it for you?

I received a call from this number @ 12:31am on 2/11/09 on my business 800 line.  No one was there when I picked up.  Second time this week that the same # has called with the same outcome.
