Got two calls within 3 hours from this number. First one, there sounded like no one there, then I heard a phone ring, and a definite offshore source was speaking to me. Reception was really bad where I was, but I only heard "Home Computer". I told them they were breaking up and disconnected. The second call, by the time I was able to answer my phone (I had left it in another room) the call disconnected just as I picked up.
I received several calls. I said hello then the automation the a phone rang. First time a male answered and said my computer was infected and I asked to be placed on the do not call list. He told me I did not understand and he would call the cops and then the call dropped. Other times it was a female and something about my home computer was infected. They all had heavy accents that made it difficult for me to decipher what they were saying. It is easy for me to deduce this was a scam, I have not home computer. lmao.
Recieved several calls for this number. Said home computer was infected and wanted me to enter codes by using Microsoft key. Disconnected. In the last few minutes have recieved 5 more callswindows
Received a call from this number stating that my windows computer had a virus. I asked what I needed to do. The man stated for me to push the windows key and the letter "R" at the same time. I asked him what it would do to my computer. He said it would give him access so that he could fix it. I began laughing and told him I was currently using my computer and that I am an IT specialist and I also have virus protection. I also informed him that I am on the do not call list. He quickly hung up.
