Who is calling me from this number i no its not a telemarketer

U get calles from this number too i can hear kids n backround

this number is for some type of funding for a person to go back to school and receive loan from these people.  they are nice.  they told me that they call if anyone submits info about wanting to return to school and need funding

They are nice while they are trying to get you to sign up. When you say no then the problems start

I do not want calls from this nunber. I do not know this person and I especially do not want calls on my cell phone from people I do not know.
