Stop calling I don't know you & don't want to talk to you or I would call you my self

They have called me twice this week and several times last week all around 1130 am MDT. I have been a victim of attempted fraud before so I never answer a number I don't know and I reverse directory almost every strange number. all my research points to this number being a cell and a fraud attempt.

I have asked these people to stop calling and to take me off their list. I stated that you are harassing me and they still wont stop calling. What should I do at this point?

this lady is calling me then she hangs up.
I do not want her to call back again

numerous calls every day-do not want to talk to them-the person who talks on the answering machine has a foreign accent
