Omg. Myself and my family has been receiving phone calls from this number 2392057915 along with others stating the same thing about a payday loan. I was so nervous because they were giving some accurate information. I actually made a payment but when he gave me a 3052227139 to contact him, I immediately called my credit card company to cancel the payment and my card.
I always lookup unknown phone numbers before even answering them! Thankfully, there is a lot of info on scamsters like these ones. They keep on leaving voice messages. I will report this number to one of the government agencies.
Just got called from this number i have never had a payday loan nor do i work i am glad i looked here and saw this next time the ugly hateful person runs her mouth i am recording it.
Claims their from the "summons division" and we're calling for me but used my maiden name from over 10 years ago. They definitely have some actual data, but it's definitely a scam. "You or your attorney must submit an affidavit by the end of the day to be released from this matter." It's crazy how people do this continuously and aren't shut down.
