I received two calls from this number. When I called back someone answered. The first time they called they actually left a message for my child. I called back (sounded like a voice change app) and they said I was stupid and hung up. Then they called back saying it was "the girl's" father and apologized... what the heck and how can I trace it??
I might be wrong about the name of the show, but Cleo was a dog, on possibly, The People's Choice, many years ago. I doubt it was him calling, as dog's life's usually don't extend that long.
