Who called from 2392439059

They're calling every day now. I don't pick up and they don't leave a message - not that I want one. I'm sick of this.

I put a block on them. They seemed pretty scammy.

They call nearly every day and always hang up on the answering machine. No clue as to who it is.

I keep getting phone Calls from this Number and when I say Hello I hear goodbye

I answered because I wanted to request removal from their calling list.  The caller identified me by name, address, AND health insurance company, and said my insurance company ASKED him to call me.  Health insurance companies do not ask third-party sales companies to call and sell us their product!  I peppered him with questions.  When asked the name of the company  he works for, he said "topical cream company."  He proceeded to try and sell me a topical cream that helps everything from migraines to joint pain to cuts and scrapes.  FRAUD!
