I got these peoples phone number looking for lifetime service. Now $450 less as they said they would call me back next day and take care off all my problems and clean out the many infections causing me to run slow.Never called back and tried to contact them through Dell and could not. Last four digets of acct I transfered money too 9145 Googled the phone number and came up with nothing but people who paid them and never got service
Just got a call from "James Diaz" at "MicroTech" in Houston. Said the company had received "signals" that I had viruses on my computer. Wanted me to press Control + flag key and tell him what I saw. At that point I thanked him and hung up.
I don't think this was a "prank call"--more like phishing.
