Message left said they were calling "on behalf of" the University of New Hampshire....conducting the National Study of Child and Youth Safety. This call came in after 8:30PM on a Sunday night. They gave me a study ID number and a different number to call back - which I have no intention of doing. They indicated they'd call again if I didn't respond. This number will be blocked. I live nowhere near the state of NH and have no interest in participating in some study.
RSBI is a legitimate research company. They do not sell anything and do ask questions for various
companies that hire them to do research throughout the USA. If you do not want them to call you back Tell them to NEVER CALL YOU Again. Be Firm. Also you can ask to speak to a Supervisor and tell them TO NEVER CALL YOU AGAIN. Your numbers are picked randomly through a computer and if they call a cell phone they will compensate you for your minutes. ( they never ask personal questions such as name, address, or definite age, only categories) . Once the survey is complete your phone number is scrambled from the answers and cannot be traced. If you hang up on them you do go to a call back system usually two to three days and yes they work on Sundays. They are persistent as a lot of surveys
are political and actually the surveys do help statistics. Why not voice your opinion? It sure beats pushy phone solicitors ......
Caller Id displayed 239 and nothing else. I answered it perplexed the guy asked me if my name was so and so. I said yes and then he hung up on me. I tried calling back but since I only had 239 I got an error message " Your call could not be completed as dial please check your number and dial again". This was Sunday morning. Now he keeps calling me but I don't answer. Nothing is wrong with my phone display. What is this 239 number and what happened to the rest of the number being displayed?
Gotten two calls today....this is Sunday. I'm not interested in most surveys...I will answer next time but will not give any information pertinent to my identity. I would be more apt to answer if they didn't call on a Sunday...this is my day of rest. I have a land line and most people know to call me on it....I don't use my cell phone that much....so I'm surprised I get these phone calls on it.
