I'm not even sure how to start a suit against them. They are relentless. I've had 3 calls from them today. So far they have left 3 different case numbers. I'm so tired of these people. I don't even answer the calls. I block the number and they just call from another number.
These are scam artist. I tried to find them on BBB and they don't come up. Its harassment. I know I haven't taken out a payday loan in 2012. Then he tells me I still owe 1000. I told him you can get butter from a duck can you? He said, unh? I said exactly and hung up the phone and blocked. The number comes up as being Naoles, FL
Number calls they ask for your name, ssn, and address before letting you know what they are calling for. I asked to please let me know more information before I give any information and I got hung up on. I believe this is a scam
Received 2 calls today from them. Was told criminal charges being brought against me due to not repaying a payday loan. I have never had a payday loan. I told them to file paperwork with my local sheriff deartment and have them come arrest me. The last guy said ok we will. Guess I need to get a payday loan for bail! I don't think I can be arrested for not repaying a loan especially one I have never had! What's sad is how many people do they pressure or scare into sending money?
This was an automated call telling me I had to have my attorney or I contact them immediately. They have a complaint against me in their office. Yeah right. This number only started calling me when I blocked the first number they called me on and reported it on the do not call registry. What will it take to stop these people from harassing me?
