I'm not even sure how to start a suit against them. They are relentless. I've had 3 calls from them today. So far they have left 3 different case numbers. I'm so tired of these people. I don't even answer the calls. I block the number and they just call from another number.
Maybe class action lawsuit is the way to go....it is unlawful for debt collectors to keep harassing you when they have not even identified the correct party.
Constantly getting calls from impact mediation for someone who is it not at my number and someone who I do not know what so ever. I will be in touch with my attorney

I have received 4 calls from this number today. ((239) 307-5067) Each time I answer I don't have any feedback from another person. But from experience with calls like this, I Googled the number and see that many others have received calls from this number on a harassing level.
