Received a call from. 000-000-0000 fron a man with an American accent stating he had legal documents from the county I live in and that I needed to be available from 12-5 at home or work with two forms of identification to be served. If I was served at work the caller stated I needed to have my boss and or human resource officer present to witness. BUT if I called the 239-309-7020 I could place the process on hold. He closed the call with "you have been served". I have check my county's clerks office e and there is nothing there with my name. My family members receive these calls looking for me and it scares them as me. I have no debts and have received no paperwork at home stating I owe money etc. This is very frightening and cruel to do this to people and their families.
