Caller said "Am I doing this right? Hello, Hello".  Then I Hung Up.

I've received quite a few calls from this #.  Very odd patterns, which is why my PBX flagged it.  I've since blocked "private caller" from my PBX and it prompts them to enter a callback #...which they never do.  Half tempted to file a suit against them.  6+ calls in one day is harassment in my book, particularly if you're calling without saying anything.

Just verified that SkypeOut sometimes will use this number.  Great, SkypeSpam infects the PSTN.

GOT THIS CALL AM ON TUESDAY THEY ASK ME IF I SPEAK CHINESE. I said NO. THEY HUNG UP.

They call all the time, I tell them to stop they dont care, they ask for Diana
