I have received calls 11/30 at 7:37 pm,11/30 at 4:39 pm, 11/30 at 8:10 am. That was just yesterday. I keep getting these calls from a girl I know that has Metro PCS. Who is this?
got a call from this number today 239-362-9861 claimed it was the person I had just spoken to on the phone. What was weird was the person who used this number knew the person I had just talked to on a cordless phone, knew her name and posed as her even stating where she worked, then proceeded to ask my last name and my husbands last name. After hanging up, I thought this as weird so called my the origional lady that I was conducting business with and asked if she called me back asking our last names. She was very puzzled and replied no, so I gave her the number and informed her that someone had posed as her using her name and place of business calling me looking for more info. That is called FRAUD. Also called the local police informing them of what happened. Sorry to say, not a lot can be done about this. It is some sort of sip number. was suggested to me is just block it.
rec. 7 calls within 40 miute span stating his name is mr. fulton of the IRS said i had won an amount of money and wanted me to send $1660.00 to COSTA RICA to avoid $36,000.00 in USA.when i would hang up he kept calling back. said he was calling from NY,when told he was clling from a EL. number, he said no, to call him back at 718-285-8727.
