This is the "Technical Department of Windows Operating System" scammer company. The person I spoke with said his name was Paul Stevens but was obviously from India and had very broken English. I am a Microsoft Professional and I know that no one from Microsoft (or Windows) will ever call you unless you call them first. So, if you get a call from this number or this person/company, hang up on them. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to matter to them if you are on the 'Do Not Call List'.

I turned him into the FBI, I even told him that he had been turned in and he still kept talking, then I verified his number and he hung up. SCAMMER SCUMBAG SCAMMER ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
