At my Mother-in-Law's when the call came to her house. Up until today, she did not know that I had put hers and my numbers on the National Do-Not-Call list. She also did not know that her previous time on it had expired (good for 5 years only). Anyway, call got answered because a guest thought that they recognised the number. Well, they probably did recognise the number since EVERYONE is getting these calls. I copied the number down and FILED A COMPLAINT with the National Do-Not-Call agency. I read somewhere that there have been 102 complaints so far since August 20, 2008. That's all.
Like all other postings, message says something about lowering my interest rate. I DON'T HAVE CREDIT CARDS! Called back & got a recording "not in service at this time". I'm on the DNCL also. How do these people get around it?
