i just got this call too, said free college locator service. i asked to remove from database as this is a minute cell phone (obama phone) they said sure no problem! we'll see.
I kept getting daily calls and hear voices in the background. I was getting sick of it I looked it up online. I called the number This is a Magic Jack phone number the person on this magicjack cannot take your call at this time. I called right back after they called m, so why wouldn't they receive the call. What a farce.
