got the dreaded final notice e-mail about a month ago. Guess they got lost. Damn, I was so looking forward to having some fun with them. Oh well, I'm sure there will be another fool to try this [***] with with me at some point.
I got the exact same email message on September 30, 2013 at 7:33am. The only difference was the name of the law firm at the end of the message. The firm named on my message is NCS Law Firm; however, the phone number: 239-494-3300 is the same for all of the other law firms noted in other email messages. Obviously a scam. After learning that payday lending is illegal in PA where I reside, I immediately took action and ridded myself of payday loans including reporting some to my state's banking department and attorney general. I was able to get a legitimate loan from my employer's credit union. Wished I would have done that sooner. Stay away from payday loans, they sell your information and that is why I continue to get these obnoxious email and phone messages. You can't be arrested for a debt.
( I dont know about other countrys - in USA if your in trouble your get a court papers with a docket and case number ! - NOT an email. )

You are going to be legally prosecuted within a couple of days. Your Social Security Number has been marked as Red Flag by US Government, so before something goes wrong we would like to notify you about this matter.
It seems apparent that you have chosen to ignore all our efforts to contact you in order to resolve your debt with Advance Cash America. At this point you have made your intentions clear and left us with no choice but to protect our interest in this matter.

And once you are found guilty into the court house then you have to bear the entire cost for this law suit $4271.15 which is excluding loan amount, attorney's fees, and the interest charges. You have the right to hire an attorney. If you don't have one or if you can't afford then one will be appointed to you.

Do you know how to convert the email message into RAW TEXT so that you can post the headers of the email message? There is a lot of information (normally hidden from view) that is contained in these headers that might allow us to trace the message back to its source.
Of course, you should redact any information that gives your email address or your name.
