got the dreaded final notice e-mail about a month ago. Guess they got lost. Damn, I was so looking forward to having some fun with them. Oh well, I'm sure there will be another fool to try this [***] with with me at some point.
I just got this message too same exact one. Never had a loan through them! Right now I am struggling to get my life back on track because of payday loans I owed. I am paying them through a wonderful company called Solid Ground Financial & Negociation Credit Services. I only have 2 (two more pays and I am done!!!! If they only knew how this upset me and made me ill. I have all these calls blocked off my phone, how do you block them from your e-mail? It is sad people have to do this to scam people. I recently received an e-mail from ACS for a loan for $800.00. States if it goes to court it will cost me $4000.00 I e-mailed them back and said to send documents showing I had Taken a loan out. Why are these fraud company's allowed to do this?
