I got a call from 239-541-6804 on December 15, 2016 at 4:30 pm. The caller did not leave a message even though my answering machine was on. My caller ID said, " R Noble," whatever that means. I have been on the federal Do Not Call list for over ten years.
received call 4:19 pm 10/28/2016. Caller ID showed "R NOBLE". Left no message. Filing complaint with donotcall registry, We do not answer callers unknown to us; we do not call them back.
