I got a call from 239-541-6804 on December 15, 2016 at 4:30 pm. The caller did not leave a message even though my answering machine was on. My caller ID said, " R Noble," whatever that means. I have been on the federal Do Not Call list for over ten years.

Spam call. I have a way to help with land-line phones, attach your FAX MACHINE to your land-line and use a cell phone for calls you want--every single company, person, website, MVD, IRS, bank, etc that insists on your phone number------ give them your FAX NUMBER and let them enjoy the obnoxious tone you get whenever a fax machine is reached. For your cell----NEVER --EVER ANSWER ANY CALL you do not recognize, after they hang-up or your refuse the call---place the number in GOOGLE and then BLOCK THE CALLER!
