Who called from 2395433767

Just got a call from it and they went into my vm, but didn't say anything.  My call log states it's a call from Florida.  I never answer unknown #'s and will add it to my "reject" list.

Calls won't leave message. When I call back the number is a nonworking number?

Called my cell phone.  I didn't recognize the number and didn't answer.  They did not leave a message.  Probably a scam.

Received call to my cell phone also.  No message left

Blocked my number & called the number back and got a fast busy signal.  Must be a spoofer/scammer
