Who called from 2396457400

I told them to stop calling me, and he responded that I am just going to keep calling me, and I said stop calling me, or I am calling the cops. his response was oh I am so scared.

A man of another race called and asked for me, when I said yes who is this and waited for an answer he hung up. I called the number back as the ladies name appeared on my caller i.d. She states on a message not to pick up the phone as her number was hacked and she is sorry for the inconvenience. So the best thing is to ignore the attention seeking [***], Or if he continues call FCC they will track the place it is coming from.

Called but left no message. When I called back, a recording told me the person was unable to answer the call, and the call disconnected.

Called left no message , came up Florida on my phone. Did not call back just another scammer.

Called me, said some gibberish in a foreign language (fake Indian sounding accent?),  then hung up. I didn't call back...
