Called my landline in Auburn, WA from 239-676-3874 (Bonita, Fl). Reported as a COMCAST carrier number. The V/M was a female speaking in English with little to no accent. The message to the effect of: "only two attempts to deliver these documents, please make sure you have proper ID... If you or your attorney have questions call (two 800 numbers are given).
I regard this caller as a scam and I will not contact the provided 800 numbers nor return-call this 239-676-3874 number.

SCAM!! I did return the call back in February and they tried to collect on a cell phone bill I owed to Verizon from 2004... it's crap. They continue to call me and leave me threatening voice mails. I'm blocking their number.
