3rd call in a week from this number. Calls at all hours, 4:15am, 5:35am & 6:27am.
The do not call legislation is a joke, it doesn't stop or even slow them down!
Whoever receives a call from this number, know that it is a telemarketing scam. Your phone number is being bought and sold by telemarketers who use it to scam you. Once they are done with it they sell your phone number to the next telemarketer who does the exact same thing to you. Therefore, there is no use in trying to "opt out" of any of them because they just pass it on to the next telemarketer.
To do something about it, file a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC):

I have gotten this call several times, well different #'s but same call about my credit card. It's very funny due to the fact I don't have one. My phone # is only known by 1 person, my son that sits in a GA prison, it's only for him to call. I only have 500 mins for him to call on, and these sorry [***] people keep calling and using my mins for this total BS. I don't know how to block them due to I'm terrified if I block them it blocks my son also. So what to do now?
Contact your provider. They can tell you how to block the pest's phone numbers without blocking the number your son calls from.
Or put the pest's numbers in your contacts list and assign them the ring tone "no ring". They'll still call, but you won't hear the ring and won't answer so you won't use minutes. My cell provider told me that trick when I was getting calls from bill collectors looking for Michael the Deadbeat.
