Who called from 2398627542

The caller claimed to be conducting a survey, and started to ask about smoke detectors in my home.  I asked to be removed from the call list.

They called asking about how many smoke detectors I had?
I think its an alarm company

Despite repeated requests from me to stop calling, they keep calling saying "this isn't a sales call"  but do you have smoke alarms.
They are sales calls and they are annoying.
Considering the background noise it sound like a call center and the individual always has an accent from India.

rec'd call, did not answer

They called me and asked about the smoke detectors, then asked for my name. When I asked who they were he ended up hanging up.
