he this is a call from microsoft. your computer is being hacked right now. i need access to your computer to fix it. once they have access, they remove all your icons and threaten you with a lockout of your computer and access to internet unless you pay 75-150 dollars to block hackers. They are the hackers. Just hang up phone
Usual call Microsoft computer problem, etc.'told caller I was federal court employee and Steven just kept taking. Told him I knew it was a scam and I was reporting him. He kept talking and I hung up.
I have had two calls from this character claiming he was from Microsoft technical department regarding information about my computer being hacked over the last month. I know it's all nonsense as my laptop has never been switched on since November last year. He kept trying to talk and getting a bit agitated as I wouldn't follow his instructions. Just hung up on the guy as its all a scam as they are the hackers I think.
