Who called from 2399890135

I got a call from this number, no voicemail left so i dont know who is calling, I also got a call from +2399890126, same thing short call no message left.

Recieved call from +239 9890135 - a foreign voice said something then nothing. The call came from São Tomé and Príncipe and a mobile nr. Why I don't know.

I also got a call five minutes ago from this number.. Really annoying that someone calls you and tries to scam people..

Just got a call from this number. Didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. I am in Ireland and this is not a number you would see here from any part of the country. Anyone with any info Please post. Thank you

same thing got a call from this number and  like a fool i answered but no one answered on the other side so i hung up!!!!!
