Hi I just got a call from this number too I am in Ireland and on the 3 network like Niamh, if ayone knows anymore I would be interested , same womens voice and strange language

Just had a call from that number just rang 3 times and then stopped. Very unusual this number having rang so many Irish mobiles

The whole point of the "moaning ladies" is to entice you to call back.  If you do, a huge charge is immediately lodged against your phone.

NEVER call back a number you do not recognize.
