I received a call stating i owed PNC BANK from a few years back, i dont recall. They stated that criminal charges were pending and they needed a payment now...I scrapped all my money together n made a payment of 383.00 half of wat they said i owed (so they emailed me a receipt except it was not mine, it was for someone else...yup they email me all her info, name, address, phone number, social security number..mistake number 1...they would give me two weeks to get the other half, which is today. On june 6 I received an email from MAXIMUM the payment processing company with all my info, stating i made a payment of 241.00 which i DID NOT, nothing charged to my card just a receipt. I confronted the company and they were very defensive. ....i made the other payment but i also went to.the police station and they are investigating all of THIS. ..

I received a call from Margaret Smith today at my p[ace of employment. She called from phone number (281) 306-0346. Ms. Smith claimed to work for a 'law firm' called Ross & Peterson. She explained to the office secretary the if I did not get on the phone immediately they would be issuing a felony warrant for my arrest. When I called back, I was transferred to one of their 'lawyers' who claimed I had made some "illegal transactions" with something called Cash-Net. I have no idea what they are referring to. Upon researching the firm, Ms. Smith's name and the phone number, I see now that this is all a scam.
I received a call and the voicemail said to call regarding a car on their desk. They said this is not a sales call solicitation or collection attempt. So what kind of case could they possibly have against me? I don't owe a debt and I'm not any type of criminal. Seems shady especially since they didn't request any specific person and the recording didn't give the caller's name. I'm inclined to believe they are a scam company.

Just in case anyone from R&P wants to make a comment about my intelligence as Connor seems wont to do to others. By the way... With each response he only validates everyone's opinion that he is a fraud. Legally he cannot discuss someone's case without their consent. And if he was professional and legit he would not behave the way he has. Unfortunately too many scammers get money from enough gullible people that they can stay in business. Sad!
