I received a call stating i owed PNC BANK from a few years back, i dont recall. They stated that criminal charges were pending and they needed a payment now...I scrapped all my money together n made a payment of 383.00 half of wat they said i owed (so they emailed me a receipt except it was not mine, it was for someone else...yup they email me all her info, name, address, phone number, social security number..mistake number 1...they would give me two weeks to get the other half, which is today. On june 6 I received an email from MAXIMUM the payment processing company with all my info, stating i made a payment of 241.00 which i DID NOT, nothing charged to my card just a receipt. I confronted the company and they were very defensive. ....i made the other payment but i also went to.the police station and they are investigating all of THIS. ..
Odd, huh! Hookay Tracy to the rescue! The ol' Conner contacted me, trick! Geez! and of course Tracy doesn't know who this company is or where their located either! How pathetic, the entire group Conner, Sissy Evans, and now the revised Tracy. Some times you have to wave 3 red BS flags, just sayin'!
I'm a bankruptcy attorney. A client of mine called and told me that this Investigator Chavez had called her and she gave her a phone payment as well. I checked out the website and it was clearly fake, the address of the firm listed was the old Enron building which is now owned by some other company which occupies it in full and does not lease out any space therein. The bios of the "attorneys" were completely misspelled and fraught with grammatical errors and just sounded ridiculous. I plugged the photos of the alleged attorneys into google image search and they were available on a stock photo website as generic "executive" photos. I reported them to both the State Bar of Texas and the Houston FBI field office. Haven't heard anything but the website is down.
As an "attorney" you should understand more than anyone how valuable our reputation is to us. If you have any questions please contact us instead of posting ridiculous and outlandish post on the internet. We respect and appreciate your attempt in trying to protect and inform consumers.
And yet again, you tell people to contact you. Without supplying a valid physical address. "Mr. Evans", you're making an [***] of yourself while, at the same time, confirming that you're a smoke-blowing junk/zombie debt collector or just a measly fraud.
If you want to play on this site you'd better be ready to put up or shut up. If you piss us off, we'll take you apart. Bring it on "Mr. Evans" ! We'll be waiting!
Skeff Ett Liv!
