Who called from 2815968845

This number called me three times, and wait till the answer machine picked up and hang up the third time.  Annoying.   I believe if it's important, they should leave a message.  

I can see people will dial the wrong number by accident.  But three times? There's a wacko out there.

This number called me couple of times.  Weird.  Any one out there receive calls from this number?

some one called from 281-596-8845 on my cell.  I don't usually give my cell to anyone.   And i have this number for a long time.   But when I call back, it switch to a fax line.  Is it possible for someone to switch to a phone line and start randomly calling everyone
