These ppl call family members and neighbors...If anyone is experiencing harrassing calls from Ms Lin at Smith and Cohen..please report the company to Atty General Office Consumer Protection Division and Federal Trade Commission 877-382-4357.. They are breaking the law by doing this.
Mrs Lenz called my cell phone and work today and left a message saying that her employer, "Smith and Cohen Law Offices" has a case against me claiming that I have a debt of over $3000 but I can settle the debt for $1300 for a one time charge but has to be done before the 31st or this offer is voluntarily declined by me and I will have to pay $10,000 due to attorneys fees and court costs.
Mrs. Lenz also said that it was from a Bank debt from a bank in which I have never banked with. I questioned her about dates and account numbers then she acted like she couldn't hear me then hung up the phone.
mrs lens was very helpfull, i did pay back my debt and she made it easy to make payments, i had some bad divorce and she listen to me and wanted to help. i wish my other bill collectors were nice. they just hang up on me,my english is not good. but i tryed to talk to them and they hang up.
This lady is asking for it. Calling me, my son, my daughter, on our cell phones trying to track down a friend of mine. I say class action lawsuit for harrassment people!!!! Just wait till I have a minute to call her back!!!
HAHAHA I called this [***], and laid into her, wasn't done ranting and she hung up. Feel I should keep calling back again and again, see how they like it
