Called the number back. it is a company who says you won a gift card and if you want to claim it press 1 if you want to be added to do not call list press 2. Telemarketer call.

They Called my cell and hung up once so far. No message.

Recieved a call from 302-294-0733, no one was on the line. Then a couple minutes later this number called for college debt
