Got my first call form them yesterday at 4:37 PM EDT, and the second call today at 9:27 AM EDT.
I listened to the pitch the first time hoping to find a way of telling them to take me off their list, but the only options at the end of the pitch were to confirm my address or notify my doctor that I did not want to take advantage of their miracle cure.
The best coarse of action is what Tamianth suggested, and am re-pasting here for emphasis...
The DNC isn't a call blocker. Criminals, scams and illegal telemarketers will continue to call despite the laws. A lot of calls are coming from foreign country's as well. Spoofed caller ID's are used because they do not want to be found. Eventually they do though. Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
