Message said that they were selling several brands of health insurance with discounts and better benefits, and to press 1 to speak to a local licensed representative.  Caller ID says DOVER  DE.  When you call the number back, a recording by an unidentified company says, please press 1 to be removed from this list.  The recording repeats a couple of times, then hangs up on you.  There is no way to talk to anyone.  Obviously any company that answers their phone this way is a scammer and you should not do any business with them!
